Hanapin Marketing is seeking an Accountant to play an important role as part of our accounting/administrative team. The role will focus on core accounting tasks and responsibilities along with payroll, reporting, taxes, benefit administration and general administrative tasks to support the business. What you'll be able to bring to the team:
Successful candidates will be team players who enjoy working within a tightly knit accounting/administrative department with varied responsibilities and direct access to the Hanapin Leadership Team. Your existing experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role along with your strong attention to details will allow us to have the pieces in place to grow our company effectively.
Job requirements and work experience we expect you to have:
Able to work on-site at our Bloomington office Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

years of accounting/bookkeeping experience plus a degree in a related field
AP/AR experience, preferably Quickbooks
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Working knowledge of Excel
Experience with Benefit paperwork and administration
