Job requirements and work experience we expect you to have:
Able to work on-site at our Bloomington, IN office Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm
Prior office environment job experience preferred
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel
Four-year degree in any field (preferred to be in marketing, advertising, finance or informatics)
Prior data analysis experience preferred, either as part of a class project or in a previous job
Production Associates work directly with other team members in the Paid Search department to:
Compile pay-per-click (PPC) custom ad reports, as well as weekly/monthly stats.
Complete tasks assigned including bid changes, ad copy writing, keyword expansion, etc., as well as special projects such as enhanced campaign tracking and projection worksheets.
Work on enterprise-level accounts like The Home Depot and eBay, as well as up-and-coming, entrepreneur-driven businesses with venture capital backing.

Flexible self-scheduling where team members work any 8 hours between 7am and 7pm.
After their first year, team members may work remote 2 days per week from home.

Salary commensurate with entry-level experience. Compensation reviews are conducted semi-annually.

The Production Associate role works on many, if not all of our accounts, to learn as much about PPC analysis as possible. The focus for a Production Associate is to become proficient at daily maintenance of client accounts and get comfortable solving PPC challenges that may arise.
Eventually, you will start to participate on client calls and help present audits to clients. At this point, Hanapin team members often establish preferences and we work to help identify the best path for each employee moving forward, either working as an Account Analyst or in a client-facing Account Manager role.
