Job requirements and work experience we expect you to have:
Able to work on-site at our Bloomington, IN office Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm
Minimum 2 years of client management experience
Expert level Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to think on your feet. Able to identify and proactively communicate potential client issues with teammates.
Can easily toggle between working independently and with a team
Possess keen critical thinking and complex problem solving skills
Remarkable organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
Innate sense of urgency to complete projects quickly yet thoroughly
Previous experience managing unique client reports
Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a preference for marketing, advertising, or related field
Able to travel to meet with our clients, as well as attend conferences and events (10%)
BONUS: Paid Search/PPC experience
What does a typical week look like for a Client Services Manager? Key areas include:
COMMUNICATE
Lead and participate on regular client calls ensuring strategic goals are identified and aligned
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients via all lines of communication, especially via phone
Ensure that the Hanapin Team is fully aware of our client's expectations
ANALYZE
Analyze client feedback and accounts to help set realistic goals
Strategize solutions to help clients reach their ongoing goals
Proactively troubleshoot areas for improvement and growth
MANAGE
During routine calls, guarantee monthly action plans for clients are on schedule and being delivered, and seek out any inconsistencies
Assist the Hanapin Team with the ongoing effort to give White-Glove Service in PPC Management

Every quarter, the entire company gets an extra three-day weekend (called 2nd-2nd).
Flexible self-scheduling where team members work any 8 hours between 7am and 7pm.
After their first year, team members may work remote 2 days per week from home.
Performance reviews at 30/60/90 days and semi-annually thereafter.
And of course, we have all the usual suspects, such as IRA with employer match, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 9 paid holidays, and a progressive time off policy with 10 days of PTO year 1, 15 days of PTO thereafter.
