Cigital, Inc. is seeking a College Recruiter to support the hiring needs for our Bloomington offices. The goal is to attract, develop and retain a pipeline of entry level talent who can efficiently and effectively deliver results for our clients.
The recruiter's main responsibility will encompass core recruiting functions with a primary focus on growing Cigital's college program. In addition to attending campus recruiting events and managing our university relationships, the recruiter will develop a strategy to grow the firm's relationships and establish Cigital as the clear #1 choice for new graduates in our industry. Efficiency and the ability to multi-task is key in producing quality hires in a fast-paced environment where growth is our number one priority.

Leverage regional university career fairs and events to pro-actively identify candidates for Associate Consultant and Internship positions.
Partner with Hiring Managers and interview team members to develop strategies for addressing hiring needs.
Perform full cycle recruiting (from posting job to extending offer.)
Develop an understanding of business requirements, organization plans and candidate qualifications by establishing partnerships with interviewing leads.
Conduct pre-screens and technical assessments in order to submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers.
Present employment offers by selling organization values, strengths and opportunities.
Build and partner with Universities to formulate effective recruiting strategies for each school.
Research Computer Science programs at multiple schools to present well thought out plans for recruitment.
Develop relationships with Computer Science Department leads to increase involvement with innovative programs that will expand our industry footprint.
Maintain thorough documentation of job order status, considered candidates and selection decisions through our company's Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS.)
The ideal candidate will be professional, outgoing, goal-oriented and passionate about recruiting. 4
years technical recruiting background
3
years of college recruiting experience
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, iCIMS preferred
Software proficiency - MS Office Word, Excel
Well versed in LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media sites
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Position requires problem-solving, self-starter with a positive attitude who requires minimal oversight and can recruit employees who are in high demand
Must be a dedicated team player
Travel up to 40% (particularly in peak fall/spring seasons)
Education and Experience
BS/BA degree

Cigital is based in Dulles, Virginia, with offices in Amsterdam, Atlanta, Bloomington, Boston, Chicago, London, New York, San Diego, Santa Clara, Seattle, and clients worldwide. We offer a competitive salary, equity compensation, and benefits.
