Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
  • Assists designers.
  • Helps with Furniture Fixtures and Equipment selection. Surveys spaces.
  • Files and organizes sample library.

Qualifications
EDUCATION
Required
  • Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University
  • Currently a Junior or Senior Interior Design major within the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture and Design
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES
Preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Indiana University
SKILLS
Required
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Demonstrates proficiency with Auto CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software
  • Demonstrates a high commitment to quality
Preferred
  • Proficient with Adobe Photoshop

Working Conditions / Demands
This role frequently requires the ability to handle equipment. This role frequently requires the ability to remain stationary and ascend/descend ladders/stairs. This role requires the ability to move objects weighing up to 30 pounds.

Advertised Salary
$12.00 per hour.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
