Overview As a Solutions Consultant you have either a Consulting background or Salesforce configuration background. You have around 5 years of work experience and know the fundamentals of consulting and project life cycles. You are passionate about Salesforce and have a desire to work with a collaborative team to build the very best Salesforce solutions that add value to our clients. #LI-Remote Responsibilities Facilitate Requirements Reviews with Large Groups and complex dynamics Review client's business processes and recommend changes based on best practices Configure Applications Document Project and harvest IP Coordinate with developers to implement custom solutions Knowledge of Testing Methodology Develop & Execute System Test Scripts Facilitate User Acceptance Test Build, Test, Deploy Build change sets Run data conversions Develop training materials based on implemented solutions Ability to communicate ideas, concepts and strategies for both technical and non-technical people Ability to work in flexible teams, and bring your expertise to solve problems Ability to think outside the box and design innovative solutions for clients Desire to grow fast, be challenged, work hard and get rewarded Qualifications CRM consulting experience, with proven ability to deliver CRM solutions Project Management experience Business management experience 1 year experience in the Salesforce declarative environment Salesforce Developer or Admin track certifications (required) Additional Information NuAge Experts, a ConvergeOne Company ConvergeOne:

$100K -- $150K
