Posting DetailsPosition Details Title Assistant/Associate Professor of Medicine - Nephrology Specific TitleAppointment Type Tenure Track Faculty Department IUSM - Medicine - Nephrology Campus IU School of Medicine Indianapolis Position Summary We have (3) tenure-track faculty positions within the Department of Medicine, Division of Nephrology, at the Indiana University (IU) School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN.
The Division is currently seeking applicants for junior to mid-level tenure track faculty positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor rank to augment its growing research faculty.
The successful candidate will have sufficient training and background to be competitive for extramural funding within three years of their appointment.
University and community service will be expected as appropriate.
In addition, if the incumbent is qualified, they will provide clinical care for patients at IU approved locations and will teach medical students, residents, and fellows within the context of their clinical practice.
Opportunities for didactic teaching and participation in other educational activities in the division may also be available.
Research time will be devoted to chosen candidate's area of interest.
Clinical responsibilities will include seeing patients in the outpatient clinic and inpatient units at IU approved locations.

Doctorate or terminal degree required.
Minimal qualifications for this position include an MD and/or PhD.
Clinical responsibilities require eligibility to be licensed and practice medicine in the State of Indiana as well as an M.

or equivalent degree.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
