Searching for a talented and driven individual to lead activities of quality department to ensure that appropriate procedures are in place to meet and exceed internal and customer quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management and communication skills, as well as technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for suppliers & customers on quality concerns
Use statistical analysis to identify sampling size for product inspections.
Coordinate the monitoring, testing and inspection of products
Track customer issues, assist teams with problem solving, follow-up and provide support on significant issues.
Work cross-functionally with engineering (design & manufacturing), sales, and marketing staff to implement FMEA, process control plans, and product quality plans.
Conduct investigations on non-conformance and recommend corrective and preventative action
Design and implement plans for continuous improvement in quality systems and procedures
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and products will unlock the key to entry to our team-oriented, modern facility!
