We're hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our existing sales team. This role will work with both small businesses and enterprise level clients selling our digital marketing services. The position is an inside sales position that requires minimal travel, minimal cold calling and offers a base salary plus commission. We'll provide great leads, a great work environment, great training and an opportunity to earn a great living.
Reporting directly to the Director of Sales your primary objective in this role will be focusing on closing new clients via inbound leads by utilizing Hanapin's winning sales program. The position does not require experience; we'll train the right person for this role! We do welcome experienced B2B Professional Services sales professionals to apply as well!

What the Entry Level Sales Associate will be doing:
Closing new, recurring business from both small business and enterprise-caliber clients nationwide
Following up on inbound and sales-ready leads, both over the phone and in person
Outbound prospecting, both over the phone and at conferences/events; locating and verifying needed contact information for potential clients
Writing proposals and negotiating agreements using our sales proposal software
Manage and expand your network creating long-term sales opportunities
Work with our CRM software to ensure concise communication and follow-up to prospects
Manage our sales funnel, meeting set sales goals to ensure necessary prospect levels are maintained to meet sales goals
Important Attributes you will bring to the table:
Ability to work on-site at our Bloomington office during normal office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am--5 pm
Eagerly willing to build a new client base
You eagerly tackle unfamiliar problems and research "best practice" solutions
You have an innate sense of urgency to complete projects quickly yet thoroughly
You are able to prioritize tasks and focus on the vital few instead of the trivial many
You possess keen critical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to "think on your feet"
You work well both independently and as a team and can transition easily
You have strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with great telephone skills
You have demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
You have the ability to work outside of normal office hours as needed or required by projects displaying your "whatever it takes" mentality
Experience that you bring to the table:
Four-year degree, especially in a related field
Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
Demonstrated success in exceeding required sales goals
Experience working in role with minimal daily direct supervision
Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing a huge plus!
Introductory Training Period:
This is an opportunity for you to initially work part-time for Hanapin while completing our 8-week Hanapin Sales Training program. During this time you will receive training to help you understand Hanapin, PPC, and Hanapin's winning sales program.
The Details:
8 Week Program
4 Days per week (7 hours per day = 28 hours per week)
Training during normal office hours (8-5 Monday - Friday)
Weekly progress assessments and reviews
Opportunity to be offered a full-time position at the end of the 8 week program

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
