The Customer Care Representative provides
world class customer care
to customers of Snorkel-Mart USA and Snorkel-Mart Canada. You will be helping customers choose snorkeling gear and match them with the best possible gear to ensure that they have an excellent snorkeling experience. You will be speaking with potential customers on the phone, answering emails, and providing live chat through our websites. Attention to detail is very important and sales experience is preferred. We want to make sure that our customers have the right snorkeling gear at the lowest price possible.
In this position you will make sure orders are fulfilled on the date indicated by the customer or the management, and reports to and works closely with Customer Care Lead to identify priorities throughout each day.
